🕐 时区陷阱（9/11 夜实测）：Wahweap 离犹他州界只有 5 mi，车机/手机会抓到犹他基站跳到 +1h（Tesla 显示 1am 时其实是 0am）。羚羊谷团按 Phoenix 时间（亚利桑那不夏令时，9 月＝LA/SF 同一时钟）——订单原话："We operate on MOUNTAIN STANDARD TIME all year round, same as Phoenix, AZ." 睡前把手机时区手动锁到 Phoenix（设置 → 通用 → 日期与时间 → 关自动 → 选 Phoenix），闹钟按它。千万别把手机往前拨一小时去"配合"车机——那会让你晚到一小时，弃座不退。

Decided late on 9/11: too tired — no more stops, and Zion joins the next-time list. After the canyon, just nav Home and let the car pick the fast road (US-89 → Kanab → 389/59 → I-15). Sleep in Barstow tonight, and Sunday is only 340 mi, home mid-afternoon. No calls on a weekend.
🕐 Time-zone trap (observed the night of 9/11): Wahweap sits 5 mi from the Utah line, and phones/the Tesla grab Utah towers and jump +1h (the Tesla reading 1am = actually midnight). The Antelope tour runs on Phoenix time (Arizona skips DST, so in September it matches LA/SF) — the booking says it verbatim: "We operate on MOUNTAIN STANDARD TIME all year round, same as Phoenix, AZ." Before sleeping, lock the phone's zone to Phoenix manually (Settings → General → Date & Time → turn off Set Automatically → Phoenix) and set the alarm on that. Do not nudge the phone forward an hour to "match" the car — that would make you an hour late, seat forfeited.
⚠️ No bags/water bottles at Antelope Canyon, closed-toe shoes, must be at the meeting point by 10:00 — it's on US-98 east of Page, not downtown; budget 20+ min from Wahweap.
✅ Weather confirmed (NWS, checked 9/11): Page is sunny tomorrow, 5% precip, no flash-flood watch — the beams get the direct sun they need, and flash-flood risk (the thing that closes slot canyons) is nil. If weather ever did cancel it: an operator cancellation is a 100% refund, and the Trip Protection allows cancelling up to 3 h before with no penalty. So the only real risk is oversleeping, not the sky.
